What is the cost to participate? How long do clients stay on the program?

I onboard each client with a two week Jumpstart. My Jumpstart includes: multiple face-to-face meetings, one week of food delivery and one week of hands-on food and fitness workshopping, for $1,599. Once you complete the Jumpstart, my maintenance program is $300 per month. My maintenance program offers the same level of daily accountability, communication, and commitment to wellness BUT with one face-to-face meeting per month. You are expected to use the tools learned in Jumpstart. I find most clients are on this program for 2-3 months as they reach their goals. I am anti-weight watching but for some people, that’s all that matters. All I care about is getting you comfortable managing food and exercise on their own.

Along the way you will learn how to balance and live a healthy lifestyle as well as work towards your goal weight. By the end, you will feel confident and ready to maintain the lifestyle on your own.

Do I have to live in Nashville?

I can communicate 100% via Slack messages so I can work with people all over the US. With that said, you will not be able to participate in the hand’s on element to the Jumpstart program.

What type of workouts do I need to complete?


What if I have an injury? Or suffer from a past injury?


Can I participate if nursing or trying to get pregnant?


What is your refund policy?

No, once you’re on your own, I will provide you with an easy-to-prepare, clean eating menu.. You don’t have to be a good cook. As long as you can wash and chop, I promise you can pull together meals from items in local grocery stores. My food plan is 100% dairy free, gluten free, and soy free. Please note that during the two week Jumpstart, I ask that you NOT drink alcohol.


I require 50 minutes of activity each day- 6 days a week. I like to exercise in some form everyday but everybody is different. If you are just getting back to fitness, I like to start with yoga and lower impact cardio such as walking, pushing your kids in a stroller, hiking or the elliptical. You can start at your own pace, I just ask that you continue to improve each day.


My workout commitment can be physically demanding. Please get clearance from your physician before signing up.


I do not recommend participating in the program while nursing.  Diet and exercise can impact milk supply and while everyone's body responds differently, I cannot guarantee how the program will affect your milk.  I cannot work with clients who are pregnant.


I do not offer refunds. This policy requires that my clients have true accountability and motivation to go all in. In extremely limited cases due to unforeseen medical issues and conditions I will consider refunds. In such cases a two week notice and verification of the condition is required. If for some reason there is an issue with a meal, the meal will be replaced, not refunded.
